Users

The Users tab allows you to configure Telex RDC Client credentials and settings. The system is preconfigured with 30 users.

Name: The alphanumeric identifier that will display on the Selector shown on all Clients.

Login Name: The name assigned to a user which is used to login a Client.

Password: The password assigned to a user which is used to login a Client.

Emergency Mode Btn: Enables/Disables the Emergency Mode button that appears on the Client.

Idle Timeout for Audio Connection: The number of seconds that the server will wait before it attempts to reestablish the audio websocket connection.

Idle Timeout for Background: The number of seconds that the server will wait before it attempts to wake the application from sleep mode. This setting is only applicable to Android devices.

System Administration Privilege: Choose whether this client can access the System Administration. Master privileges gives the user full control and Standard privileges will give the user limited control.

Selector Image: The image that will be displayed on the selector for this user.
